The platform

Someday Living operates someday.living. We list experiences and pass messages and payments between seekers and hosts. We are not the host, not your employer, and not a school. A someday is a one-day service booking, not a job and not a physical product. Delivery is described in the shipping and delivery policy.

Accounts

You must be 18 unless an experience allows 16–17 with extra consent. Keep your login yours. We may suspend accounts that break the guidelines or the law.

Bookings and payment

The host sets the model and the amount. You see that amount in the Seeker app before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A successful Razorpay capture, plus the host’s accept, confirms the booking. Failed or abandoned checkouts do not create a booking. Pricing and payment explain the models.

Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy. Chargebacks are handled with Razorpay.

Conduct

Show up on time. Follow the host’s brief. Do not take payment off-platform. Do not harass anyone. Report problems in the app or via Contact.

Liability

Hosts are responsible for their premises and brief. Our liability for a booking is limited to the fees you paid us for that booking, except where Indian law does not allow that limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer forum that has jurisdiction.
