When am I charged?
Only if the experience has a fee or contribution, and only when the host accepts you. Apply is free. See payment.
What payment methods do you take?
UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and net banking in the Seeker app. Never pay a personal number or cash at the door.
What is a stipend?
A thank-you from the host after the day. A gesture, not a wage. It usually arrives the next working day.
How do refunds work?
Depends when you cancel and which model the experience uses. Full detail on cancellation.
Do I need experience?
Almost never. Hosts pick you for why this is your someday. Requirements (age, shoes, ID) are on the card.
How do I become a provider?
Open the provider web app, verify, and publish a day. You set the payment model.
