How “delivery” happens
You apply
The listing names the city, date, and what the day is. Applying is free.
Host says yes
If there is a fee or gift, you pay at checkout. That confirms the booking.
You travel there
Address, time, and what to wear stay in the app. Travel is not part of the booking.
What is “delivered”
A someday is a service: one booked day on a set date, at the host’s place (or a place the host names in the app). Delivery means your booking is confirmed and the host receives you at the start time.
No shipping
We do not send goods, use a courier, or charge shipping. There is no cash on delivery. Nothing is posted to your home.
When you get the booking
After the host accepts you — and after checkout takes payment if there is a fee or gift — the confirmation shows in your account at once. Address, time and what to wear stay in the app. That is the digital delivery.
Where the day happens
Wherever the host listed. The exact address is in the confirmation. You travel there yourself. Travel is not part of the booking. We do not ship it or refund it.
If the host cannot run the day
If the place is closed or the host cancels, the booking is not delivered. You get a full refund under the refund and cancellation policy.
