What is “delivered”

A someday is a service: one booked experience on a stated date, at the host’s venue (or a location the host names in the app). Delivery is your confirmed booking and the host receiving you at the start time.

No shipping

We do not dispatch goods, use a courier, or charge shipping. There is no COD. Nothing is posted to your home.

When you receive the booking

After the host accepts and (if there is a fee or contribution) Razorpay captures payment, the confirmation appears in the Seeker app at once. Instructions — address, time, what to wear — stay in the app. That is delivery of the digital confirmation.

Where the day happens

India only for now, starting with Delhi NCR. The exact address is in the confirmation. You travel there yourself. Travel is not part of the booking and is not shipped or refunded by us.

If the host cannot deliver the day

If the venue is closed or the host cancels, the booking is not delivered. You get a full refund under the refund and cancellation policy.

International

We do not ship abroad and we do not currently deliver experiences outside India.
