What we collect, and why
Last updated 13 September 2026. Someday Living is the data fiduciary for someday.living.
Who we are
Someday Living (“we”), brand someday.living, New Delhi, India. Contact: hello@someday.living, +91 11 4123 4500. Grievance: grievance officer.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, city. Identity documents when an experience requires verification. Why you applied. Messages on the platform. Device, app and website logs (IP, device type, crash data) to keep the service working.
Payments — Razorpay
Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”). We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Razorpay may collect payment credentials, device and fraud-prevention data under Razorpay’s privacy policy. We receive a payment ID, last-four digits or UPI handle, amount, status and settlement information so we can confirm the booking, pay the host and issue refunds.
Why we use it
To create accounts, match seekers and hosts, take or send money, prevent fraud, send booking messages, meet tax and RBI/payment-aggregator record rules, and handle grievances. We do not sell personal data.
Who else sees it
Hosts see your name, photo and application — not your full payment details. Razorpay and its banks see what they need to move money. Cloud and SMS/email vendors process data on our instructions. We disclose data if Indian law requires it.
How long we keep it
While the account is open. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax and payment-aggregator rules require (typically at least five years). Safety reports as long as needed to protect users.
Security
HTTPS on the website and app. Payments on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Access to admin tools is limited and logged.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies or local storage for theme and navigation. We do not run advertising pixels on policy pages.
Your choices
